Individual psychotherapy typically involves meeting once per week for one hour. For the sake of consistency, I encourage my patients to set up a regular session on the same day and time each week, although I understand this is not always possible.

In our therapy sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems and improve constructive thinking and behavior. I will help you “re-frame” your perceptions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles.
